Zendaya wished Tom Holland a happy birthday in an Instagram photograph. The actress, who has been in a relationship with Tom since last year and is often quite quiet about her personal life, shared a post with him in a rare instance.
The black and white photograph depicts Zendaya and Tom hugging. While Zendaya smiles, Tom stares directly into the camera. She commented, “Happy birthday to the person who makes me the happiest.”
Tom and Zendaya have been dating for the past year, although reports of their relationship date back to 2017, when they were linked together. Throughout the past year, the two have been photographed in a variety of settings, each supporting the other’s efforts. The two were spotted in April of this year in Boston, where Zendaya was filming “The Challengers.” The two were sighted in Italy in February.
“Happy birthday to the person who makes me the happiest 3,” she captioned the photo with her co-star from “Spider-Man: No Way Home.”
This is the first photo of Zendaya, 25, and Holland that she has uploaded to her Instagram account.
Fans and acquaintances of the couple praised in the comments section about how “adorable” they were in the photo.
Following their respective appearances as Peter Parker and MJ in 2017’s “Spider-Man: Homecoming,” Zendaya and Holland have been the subject of dating rumors for years.
The previous two years have been monumental for both Tom and Zendaya, who have climbed the ranks of the most important personalities in the world. While both starred in “Spider-Man: Far From Home,” they both starred in major solo films, Zendaya in “Euphoria” and Tom Holland in “Uncharted,” another blockbuster.
Zendaya was also included in Time’s list of the 100 most influential people. “Zendaya seems a thousand years ancient to me. She has lived numerous lifetimes prior to this one. Denis Villeneuve, her director on “Dune,” commented that she is as youthful as springtime. “By some inexplicable paradox, she likewise has the appearance of having been born in the far future. She is timeless and capable of everything.”
