Coy Luther Perry III, widely known as Luke Perry was born on October 11, 1956, in Fredericktown, Ohio, USA. He was an American Actor and is well known for his role as Dylan McKay on TV series Beverly Hills, 90210 from 1990 to 1995 and again later from 1998 to 2000. He enjoyed continued success since then and also starred in a popular CW drama Riverdale.

Luke’s parents Coy Luther Perry Jr. and Ann were divorced when he was only 6 years old. His mother Ann gain custody over her children. She later married a construction worker named Steve Benett. Luke was raised by his mother and his stepfather, He never goes into a close relationship with his biological father who suffered a heart attack and died in 1980.

On February 27, 2019, Perry suffered a massive stroke when he was at his home in Sherman Oaks, Los Angeles. He was hospitalized and was being treated in St. Joseph’s Hospital in Burbank. He suffered a second stroke only a few days later and died on March 4, 2019. He was only 52 years old when he passed away. His body was buried near one of his homes in Vanleer.
Perry left his son Jack Perry and his daughter Sophie Perry as the only heirs to his estate. His will excluded Perry’s mother, his stepfather, his siblings, his ex-wife, and his last fiancee from having inheritance claims.
